Four rooms situated in the basement suite of a great house. Access to a billiard table, ping pong table, and a hot tub in the backyard. The bar area includes a microwave, electric kettle, mini fridge, and a basic set of kitchen tools. In the summer, a grill is conveniently located in the backyard with easy access from the suite.

You will have full access to the entire basement suite which also locks for your privacy. The backyard will be the only place that will also be able to be accessed by others living on the upper floor of the house.

I'm accessible by phone or the airbnb app as well if you need help with anything such as suggestions and recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, and local venues for activities.
We can respect whatever interaction level you would like to have! Occasionally we have BBQ's and food tasters in our home with guests (during summer)
