Beautiful Cordillera Neighborhood

We had 9 family members in our party. Everyone had a comfy bed and plenty of room to spread out. The house was very clean with plenty of fluffy towels and hot showers for all of us. Kitchen was just right with plenty of pots, pans, and dishes to use. The kids played in the backyard and used the pool/ping pong table for family tournament. So much fun! Short drive to beaver creek for daily ski trips.

Spacious cabin for a big family !

We were a group of 10 and we loved staying here ! The host was very responsive and attended any request! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay here! A Very nice and cozy cabin witha beautiful view!!!

Spend your money on a different rental for your ski weekend

Spend your money on a different rental for your ski weekend. During our first night were awaken by smoke detectors blaring throughout the house, and after inspecting we realized there was no threat or reason for the alarms to be going off. We were unable to disarm the alarms, and attempted several times to get in contact with Randy (for over an hour) with no response. We ended up needing to call 911 and have the fire department show up to disarm. Come to find out from the Lieutenant that the house alarm system was not properly maintained and therefore, the only way they were able to disarm was to cut the wire for the detector. The Lieutenant also expressed concern that the house was not up to code and did not contain carbon monoxide detectors, deeming the house unlawful for rental. There were other issues we experienced as well during our weekend including trash piled up from previous guests, finding mouse traps in bedrooms, inadequate daily cleaning supplies provided (i.e. 1 dishpod for 3-night stay, no laundry detergent, etc), and low levels of water in the hot tub. You can definitely find a more comfortable stay elsewhere with better management. Save yourself the headache of booking here.

Amazing Winter Getaway!

We had a large family come and stay, and the house was absolutely amazing! There was plenty of room for small children to play, and overall it was just a really relaxing stay.

Great views

The drive up the to get house was beautiful my family and I loved the views and the wild life all around. Big enough house for all of us to spread out and also big enough for all of us to come together. The only thing is the house didn’t seem recently cleaned as in the floors. And the master bedroom bedding had dog hair on it, even after it states no pets in the house. And the door knobs don’t lock properly. Other then that the house was beautiful with amazing views and could walk around the community to take it all in.
