Perfect Winter Vacay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The house was easily accessible, provided many amenities and was very spacious. The home owner was very nice and accommodating. We highly recommend this property and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we did!

Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I plus 4 other couples stayed in February and had a wonderful time! The house was comfortable and provided everyone a chance to relax away from home. Since we were a party of 10, it was nice to have a kitchen that worked well for meal preparation and a dining room that sat all of us. We hope to return again!

Beautiful setting and lovely house

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. It had plenty of space including sleeping and common areas; places to gather and places for alone time. We enjoyed the river views, hot tub amd proximity to Edwards. We happened upon the town on one of our walks! We will visit again!

This home is very nice and in a great location. We enjoyed living in this home and was very relaxing. Being located close to an adjacent slope was nice and easy to get back to interstate when visiting Vail. We will definitely look to stay here upon future ski trips. Very happy and please overall.

Family Ski Trip

We had a great time at this property. Easy access to Vail and Beaver Creek and located close to Avon and Edwards for easy access to shops and restaurants when tired of the resorts. The host is extremely friendly and helpful with tips. The house is very large and spacious. We'll be back.

Excellent house and very well decorated and maintained. Had a very good exchange with the host who was very responsive to any questions. Enjoyed the central music system, and well stocked kitchen cabinets. Plenty of towels, soaps etc.

Lovely home; we loved it.

Kathy, Thank you for allowing us to rent your lovely home this past weekend. Your home is beautiful, large, spacious, and very well stocked with everything. The pool table was awesome. Our two teenaged grandsons (12, 13) spent hours there.

Fall Delight in Vail Valley- Edwards

We had a wonderful stay with our group of 10. Outstanding setting on the Eagle River nestled at the end of the street in a peaceful and serene surrounding. House was perfect for our group our size, and it was just as shown in the details. Location, location, location. Kathy, the owner, was most accommodating and available. Highly recommend this house, just don't take our future stays there.

Comfortable, spacious in Edwards

We loved this home because it had a ton of space for our group. Having king sized beds in each bedroom was amazing, and the kids loved the pool table, foosball, and board games and puzzles included. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, which was piping hot when we arrived. Parking, check-in, communication was easy... and the kitchen is very well stocked, including spices and some basic cooking ingredients. Highly recommend!

Nice house for large group

This house offers alot of space and sleeping options. It was well equipped and the hot tub was immediately adjacent to the back door for easy access in the cold. It also is a vey pretty setting right on the river. The property owner was very helpful. The only drawbacks is that some of the couches are starting to show wear and it was about 15 minutes from the main garages at beaver creek. Overall a winner and would stay again.

Thanksgiving 2023

The house was clean and well stocked. We had a party of eight. We enjoyed using the kitchen and large dining room table for our Thanksgiving dinner. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, and glasses. We also enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, multiple large screen TVs, and close proximity to Beaver Creek and Vail for skiing.
