「This hotel can only tell you if you can use there indoor parking on the day you will check-in. So you cannot reserve a parking spot before hand. This made us drive around for an hour to find a safe parking space in the neighbourhood. Also, the name of the hotel is not written on the building. The hotel is on the 2nd floor of a 45 story building. There is no one to check you in. You have to check-in at a kiosk.
