「 This hotel was completely misrepresented and not suitable for a family of four at all. The description is simply not true — the room can barely accommodate two people, let alone four. The hot water situation was unacceptable. After one person showers, you must wait 15–20 minutes for the heater to recover. For a family of four, this means nearly two hours just to take showers — completely impractical and poorly designed. Cleanliness was also a serious issue. The bed sheets were not clean and...

「整個酒店200間房看來只有5至10間是出租..我門口的走廊的燈是未完成..令整條酒廊都很暗很不安！出租圖中有煮食爐但沒提供..到大堂詢問..整天只是回答你「處理中」..但毫無改善.. 我間房是在盡頭..加上沒燈在走廊..左右房間均沒住客..要求轉房..但他們每次都是回答「我會幫助你轉房」..但我入住了4天！足足4天！根本沒改變！」

「02号室に宿泊しました。キッチンには電子レンジ、電子コンロ、電子湯沸かしポット、冷蔵庫があります。洗濯機はありません。 簡単なキッチンツール、食器は一通り揃っていますが、食器洗い洗剤はあるけどスポンジはないので買いました。 ドライヤーはチェックイン時に必要か聞かれ、すぐにもらえました。 電源はユニバーサルで、どこの国の形状でも多分使えます。USB端子とUSB-C端子もあって直に充電出来ます。 部屋は天井が高く開放感あります。外の騒音だけ注意です。大きな道路に面してるので車のクラクションの音が常に聞こえます。気になる人は気になると思います。耳栓は必要です。受付でも必要か聞かれました。 朝食はコンチネンタルかエジプシャンか選べます。内容はほぼ同じなので少し飽きるかもしれません。 立地はよくどこに行くにも便利でした。Uber呼ぶのも簡単でした。 最後、入り口がわかりづらいです。というのはホテルの看板がないからです。大きな扉が半分開いてるのでそこから入ります。階段登ったらエレベーターがあるので3階に行けば受付です。 」

「We stayed in a family suite and were very pleased with how clean and spacious it was. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, which made the stay much more comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, so we had no trouble sleeping. The location is very close to the west bank ferry pier, which made catching the ferry super convenient. Breakfast was okay.
