「The house was perfect. 5 minutes walk to the restaurants one way and 7 minutes the other way. Seriously! Less than 1 minute from the beach. The staff were nice and polite. The place quiet and peaceful. We truly had a fabulous time. 」

「Fatal ! La reserva ponía entrada a partir de las 12:00 h y no querían darnos habitación hasta las 16:00 h. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...

「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」

「Immer wieder gerne. Mittlerweile der 4. Aufenthalt in der Anlage. Ordentliche Bungalows mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung. Regelmäßige Reinigung und Wäschewechsel. Übersichtliche, nicht zu große Anlage. In Gehentfernung zu zwei Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungszentren. Frühstück mit 10€, auch für Kinder , nicht gerade günstig, aber zu empfehlen. Pool und Whirlpool sehr sauber. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Strandpromenade in Playa del Ingles. Restaurant -Tip: El Velero. Günstige Menüs.」

「The room we asked to stay in was perfect - we were very happy the excellent hotel staff could arrange this for us. The cleanliness of the hotel is great and the cleaning staff are friendly. The breakfast is always excellent and the waiting staff are super efficient and also very kind and welcoming. The only thing to improve is the coffee - the coffee machine settings aren’t set well so the coffee is too watery. 「The staff is amazing here ! Big shout out to the cleaning team - it was so nice. Everything was top dollar. Late check out was 40 euros in cash only - that seemed a big too much but we were able to just stay buy the pool. 」
