"The staff are extremely kind and attentive. I was a solo traveler and felt welcomed and familiar with everyone. The room I got was a little noisy, but traffic is noisy in general. A beautiful church and park is located walking distance behind the hotel. Breakfast had a large area just for fruits. ..."

"Close to the airport but getting a taxi / Uber to other points of interest in Cartagena is easy. Room ok with pleasant view. Have a small pool on the rooftop for relaxing. Restaurant food just so so."

"The staff is very friendly!!! However, the first and third night the italian restaurant was closed. We couldn’t eat there. The buffet and burger bar were not good. ( 3/10) Foodwise the hotel needs to improve"
