「The good: nice and clean rooms, very nice pools, great steak restaurant with top notch service there. Overall, a nice well maintained resort.
The bad: service at the pool was very disappointing with some rude staff at the bar area. It was also hard to get drinks from the staff. They didn't come around enough and we had to track down wait staff to take our drink orders. The entire pool staff needs better training. I'm a local San Diegan and come frequently to Sycuan for the steakhouse where I'm...

「The property shows swimming pool when I arrive there They told me that there was no pool. Also everything is outdated. The bedsheets had a lot of holes like cigarette burns and The bathroom was dirty no shampoo or soap to shower with and the towels were disgusting. Also the refrigerator was dirty. I was so disappointed, also the parking had a unpleasant smell」
