Ideal family villa, in a quiet area, all rooms of a good size and the pool and outside areas fantastic. Although in a quiet area easily accessible to amenities, with a bus stop at the top of the road and a tram station just 10 minutes walk. El compello beach and restaurants just a short 10 minutes journey in a car and offers an array of different shops and restaurants with a very relaxed and authentic feel, the locals use this area in the evenings as well. We had a lovely stay and would really recommend to others.

Family holiday

Property was great with lots of seating areas ,games to play. Pool.is a great size and with lovely sunny weather it was very well used.The only down side was walk to the tram stop was all up hill which was difficult in high tempeperatures. Hiring a car was well worth it for exploring the area.Had a great week with the family and feel rested xx

Fantastic, well equipped property in a quiet area

Really loved the place was even better than the photos. Has everything you could want for a family trip incuding beach equipment and things to keep the family entertained in the house and outsode areas. It is quiet with just a few bars and restaurants in walking distance and it is quite hilly (which didnt bother us at all) but overall a fantastic place with a host who is flexible and quick to answer.

Car needed, no bars restaurant in walking distance 2 kl, no bars on beach, as stated. 15 minute drive to town. Villa was difficult to find as it’s in one way street, which Google map didn’t recognise, local facilities very poor Villa is wonderful everything you need,

Fantastic stay, wonderful for family groups

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property; great communication from the start to end with Sandrine and everything was perfect! The villa is stunning and was so much more than we could have hoped for - very clean, great air conditioning, comfortable beds, great showers etc and then outside was just perfect for a combined family group - the outside space is truly wonderful with spectacular views and a pool that was perfect for all ages. There are several dining areas outside and this was great, along with table tennis and darts - we didn’t hardly leave the villa but when we did, we found that we were close to the tram that takes you to alicante / benidorm etc and there were plenty of coves to discover nearby, along with a couple of small shops / cafe / bars close by.- el campello itself has bigger shops and amenities but we enjoyed the villa and pool so much we didn’t need for anything else! Would highly recommend for family groups ☀️😎

Family chill

This is a beautiful villa and quite isolated, which isn’t a bad thing, I’m just letting future visitors know. It’s perfect for a quiet get away as we wanted. There’s a restaurant/pub 10 mins walk away and next door another with a small shop inside. You need to do a good grocery shop the day you arrive and there’s a mercadona supermarket you can order online from for when you arrive, which imo is the best option. Uber is around and there’s aldi and Lidl not that far away by car. We went to Benidorm a couple of times by tram which is a good 20-25 minutes walk. Taxis back were 45 which isn’t too bad but we needed 2 so it was 100 really. The villa needs a proper shower by the pool coz we really missed that. There’s 1 at the back but not plumbed in and we managed with the hosepipe next to it, (photo with finger in)until the pool cleaning guys for some reason isolated the water supply!We had 2 problems and a maintenance man was there very quickly and sorted them. Definitely could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived but it was just a couple of small issues that we just put down to a small mishap, although for the price we paid it should really have been spotless. I enclose photos of hair, mildew and what looks like a squatted insect not cleaned.

Wonderful location, perfect family break

We were a family of 2 adults and 4 children. The villa was very well equipped with everything that was needed. Very clean and spacious. A couple of minor issues encountered for example, the barbecue was pretty much unusable, so it was never used, which was a shame as it would have been used a lot if we could. The shower screen on the upstairs bathroom needs some new fittings but was usable with care. These were minor issues but as we worked around them and didn’t need to raise them as problems during our stay. The villa location is absolutely superb, great views and the villa lived up to the advert. Kids spent so much time in the pool, which was a superb size and the outside areas are really well equipped and spacious. You would be best to have use of a car, we did but there is a tram that takes you to Alicante or the other way to Benidorm, so the villa was well located. Good communication, when required with the owner who was attentive. Would highly recommend this villa for a great get away for families with everything you would need.

Trasig diskmaskin när vi kom som inte åtgärdades under veckan, ingen kontaktperson som svarade på varken samtal eller sms... dåligt, annars allt bra som annonsen beskrev.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem schönen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Toller, großer Pool, Dartscheibe, Tischtennisplatte, Basketballkorb.Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ein Auto wird benötigt.Sandrine hat immer schnell geantwortet.

Schönes Haus, aber etwas abgelegen

Es war ein schönes Haus, welches mit allen erforderlichen Utensilien ausgestattet war.Nur die Concierge war nicht zuverlässig, wir mussten 2 Tage warten, bis sie zu uns kam.Fussläufig waren weder Restaurants noch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Leider konnten wir auch den traumhaften Pool noch nicht nutzen, da das Wetter noch nicht mitspielte - aber das ist leider im April so.

Maison idéale pour un séjour en famille

Points positifs: belle maison conforme à la description bien agencée emplacement idéal à proximité de la plage dans un quartier calme. piscine de grande taille à l'abri des regards, panier de basket, jeu de fléchettes, tennis de table..... Vaisselle et ustensiles en nombre suffisant climatisation dans toutes les pièces et fonctionnelle, Points négatifs: réveillés tous les matin à 6 heures par le coq du voisin ( moins de 10 mètres des chambres, mais c'est la nature ! ) manque de réactivité de la propriétaire suite panne du congélateur dès le début de séjour et non remplacé à notre départ 12 jours plus tard (pas de glaces pour les ados !) pas de possibilité de stationner les véhicules dans la propriéte mais stationnement sans difficulté dans la rue pas loin de la maison. Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans cette jolie maison sobrement bien décorée. Situation idéale pas loin des plages,des villes d'Alicante, de Santa Pola, d'Altea.

Diese Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Ausenbereich mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und war unser Haupt Aufenthaltsort. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Lovely large villa for friends/ family group

Great size property in a quiet residential area. Has beautiful terraces and a really nice pool with plenty of seating all around to find sun and shady spots. Would say a car is essential as there's not much close by (i.e. very few shops/ bars/ restaurants) within walking distance. All in all though would recommend the property.

Great outdoor space

We stayed at the vila with 4 adults, a dog and our toddler. The outdoor space was amazing for us. The pool was wonderful. We didn’t have a problem with wasps and only a few mosquito issues that were remedies with bug spray. There was equipment for the baby. The beach isn’t within walking distance if you have a toddler but it is a small, nice, sandy beach. There were also two playgrounds nearby. We used the space in front of the garage for our car. The owner was also quick to remedy a few minor problems that we had. Overall a nice stay.

Decepcionante

Atención de la propietaria completamente NULA. No contesta a las llamadas y mensajes. Limpieza escasa (barbacoa sin limpiar y mejor no mirar las telarañas detrás de las puertas o los sofás). No hay tv ni satélite, ni cable. Las terrazas inservibles. Las avispas no te dejan disfrutarlas a mediodía, y los mosquitos por las noches. La piscina está tan mal ubicada que sólo se disfruta del sol, algo menos de 5 horas. El coche lo tienes que dejar en la calle porque la propietaria tiene el garaje ocupado con su coche. Por el precio que se paga, debería disponer de garaje según se anuncia. Lo dejas en la calle y hay que quitarlo cuando vienen a limpiar la piscina. La cama supletoria no dispone de ropa. Completamente decepcionada. Las avispas y mosquitos no te dejan disfrutar de los comedores exteriores. Lo más triste es intentar hablar con la propietaria y que no te responda a mensajes y llamadas. La playa está bastante lejos, además de ser muy pequeña y tener un hotel que ya la llena. Ni se te ocurra dar un paseo. Te comen los mosquitos. Lo único que es cierto es que es un lugar tranquilo. Para nada recomendable como lugar de vacaciones.
