「Very friendly staff 」

「TV has extremely weak signal and was not able to fix. But, staff are very helpful.」

「Excellent staff, room is not small but comfortable. We arrived very early in morning but front desk staff helped us check in and arranged a room for us to rest. 」

「An excellent 5-star establishment. I highly recommend the red-level cathedral view of the city. I was on the seventh floor with a breathtaking city view and had access to the executive lounge.」

「Cheap price and close to sight seeing points, may be 10 to 25 minutes walking distance. It is also close to airport bus terminus. You don't expect for tidying the room everyday but just want to stress that it needs 5 euro per night for air-conditioning, it is not acceptable as not mentioned before and in such a hot city during May or even summer.」

「地理位置十分方便，無論購物或觀光都可以步行到達，酒店兩旁除了傳統西班牙餐廳外，係有中國菜及日本菜選擇。 但酒店設備裝置不太完善，浴室淋浴間漏水到外面，抽氣扇換氣量不足，洗澡後牆壁及地面會出現水漬，洗面盆冷熱水安裝位置錯誤，容易被熱水灼傷。 入住時前台建議用10歐羅升級套房，可惜房間是2樓和窗戶是向着後巷，完全不能享受西班牙冬日陽光及戶外環境。 但整體感覺良好，建議大家可以入住。 」

「Hotel is next to Bus station. It’s very convenient to go here and there. Hotel buffet breakfast is so delicious and have many choices. Room is big and clean, even our room faces to main road, we don’t feel noisy. 」

「Es un hotel maravilloso, los compañeros del hotel son simpáticos, la habitación es muy limpio, el perfume del hotel es muy bueno, y está en una zona muy tranquila y bonita, está cerca de la iglesia de Sevilla y la casa Alcázar. 非常适合游客居住，服务员都很热情，房间很干净，酒店还带有浓烈的西班牙南部风情，地理位置离各种热门景点也都很近，区域很安全。」

「From first entering, the bellmen and reception were welcoming & cheerful. The ladies working reception dressed in lovely modernized “traditional” colorful Andalusian dresses. One bellman took us to our room & explained well how everything worked. The other brought in our luggage. The room was modern, sleek and the view of Sevilla was spectacular. The rooftop bar provided more striking views of the ancient and modern city. Fantastic stay. Muchas gracias!」
