“We had a great experience staying in this hotel, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were big and comfortable, spotless, the AC work very well, the location was right in the middle of the best areas of the city not too far by car to the Provenza area and all the nice resturants and bars in town, keep in mind the Medelling is heavy in traffic. “Staff was truly what made this stay perfect. the room was just as advertised. Ac worked great. Only thing is the shower runs cold after 5 minutes, and you need to wait a bit for it to return. However, staff made up for this one flaw. Solid place to stay.”

“Our unit was like a tiny home. My daughter loved the loft. The flooring had gaps from poor installation but the apartment was clean and the property staff were prompt and courteous.. The mattress would be considered comfortable for colombian standards. Shower was small. Did not have hot water for about 6 hours one day but staff helped correct the issue.. All in all I would give it a 8.5 out of 10.. ”
