「The room was superb and absolutely beautiful. It was very affordable for the luxury and the breakfast was incredible. My main issue is that the hotel is on a bay and there was a strong smell of sewage in the back of the resort when you walk on the beach. Also access to the beach is very difficult because it’s rocky not sandy. 」

「This isn’t a hotel. It’s a Restaraunt/event space that has a few rooms. Guest services are non-existent. I never saw anyone at the “front desk” during the five days I was here. Was unable to get any issues with my room (there were several) fixed. Any staff I did see (mostly security) don’t speak English and didn’t seem to be able to follow my limited Spanish. 「This was one of the most enjoyable experience in El.Salvador. the hotel has an amazing ocean view, the staff at the restaurant was incredible, very friendly and served us well. Katia, Anderson, Gerson, Albert and Wilfredo really treated us like family during the 9 days we were there. Noemy, the maid in charge of cleaning our room was amazing clean everyday.
