“very little service, impose us to add breakfast even i didnt book for breakfast. late for giving us room after 3.30pm. no hot water cooker in the room. no slippers in the room. have to pay to use gym. swimming pool waiter takes a long time before coming to our table. ”

“Incredible friendly staff. Amazing spa treatments (hammam and massages with Laaziza and Miriem).
Originally had a room facing out to the street and asked to be moved to a courtyard room which was much much quieter and tranquil. Very accommodating. Great visit. ”
