"The rooms were huge, all have ocean view, and a huge tub overlooking it. Everyone was super nice, the food was very decent and prices were OK. This resort has all you need to make your vacation week a dream. There are 3 pools and there was plenty of space for everyone when we were there the week of Christmas. No rush, space to swim, lounge, and some optional animations with lovely organizers. The club just got bought by the Accor group and they will start renovating the rooms. I thought the rooms were fine, just the A/C could have used a tune up. 20 minutes to San Jose’s lovely town with amazing restaurants, shops and gallery’s, with plenty of uber to take you. Bonus: whale watching from a place at the resort. I absolutely recommend this resort. "

"Based on the reviews I had high expectations and they were met. Booby was an awesome host in terms of responsiveness and execution.As soon as my wife & I walked through the door when we arrived we knew this place was a standout. Ocean views out of every room in the home on both levels. We saw whales frolicking front & center on a daily basis.5 minutes from One & Only and The Shoppes at Palmilla. Gate security was friendly and added a layer of comfort but the area is very safe.Quiet evenings, laundry facilities, well equipped kitchen and gorgeous pool/spa.A special thanks for pre-stocking the fridge with plenty of water bottles...perfect!We'll be back Bobby!"

"We have stayed at a lot of high end vacation rentals throughout the years but I have to say this one by far blew the rest out of the water. The attention to detail in the villa is outstanding, the furniture is new and high end and the finished are too notch, the way the villa overlooks the beach makes you feel like you’re on top of the world and the view is to die for. Now, that is just the villa. The staff were the real game changer. Ulises, Juan Ignacio and Martin attended to us and they really could not have been better. The food was exquisite and they made sure we felt comfortable and at home. They were absolutely fantastic and are a big reason we will be coming back. Thank you and looking forward to next year!"

"Travis, the owner, was far and away the best host we've ever experienced, reflective of his travel industry profession. We were six, two grandparents, two parents, two adult children. In several phone conversations he answered all our questions, offered advice and the contact for his property manager. He wrote careful and precise information about route to the house, all the equipment, things to do, and emergency numbers , The house is in flawless condition, the ample furnishings comfortable, the views of the Pacific magnificent, the swimming pool and hot tub spotless. The community is gated and guarded. There is a short drive to a private communal beach. He was not exaggerating about watching whales. The second night my wife asked about strange sounds outside- was something wrong? Next day we saw whales breaching and recognized their slappling sound from the night before. An ideal Mexican property."
