“L’accueil est au top ! L’équipe est hyper serviable et super agréable. Merci à eux L’emplacement au centre ville est un must et en plus hyper au calme ce qui n’est pas simple à Alicante. L’appartement 2.1 est hyper grand et très fonctionnel”

“Apartments by busy, noisy road. Next day there were construction works floor above. Unbearable noise.”

“Room lovely and clean, not that most ideal location alot of walking involved, did not meet any staff whilst staying here.”

“Central location. Straightforward check in and check out. Clean & neat. Good air conditioning. Highly recommended!”

“Ottima sistemazione in centro. Appartamento molto ben arredato e spazioso.”

“As we arrived in the morning the apartment was not quite ready, however the reception had a small room where we were allowed to freshen up, which was great. They were very accommodating and efficient. When we requested additional towels and toilet rolls, these were provided fairly quickly. Rooms were also cleaned as and when you leave the sign on the door. The hot tub in the room was brilliant and the highlight of this apartment. Location was pretty good too, local shops and restaurants,……

“No tiene vistas a nada en la habitación es simplemente una ventana que da a otro edificio algunas vistas por la parte de la sala si tiene pero nos ha encantado la habitación súper limpia su percéntrico todo y han sido muy amables repetiremos sin duda me ha encantado”

“Perfect location inside the old town and very near the beach. Nice restaurant all around and safe even partying at night. I loved the fact that it has a stacked kitchen with packets of olive oil, detergent for washing dishes and clothes. That is a very nice touch for their part and much appreciated. I actually love staying here except that me and my partner had several bites the next day. Bed bugs is the most probable cause but could have gotten from somewhere else.”

It could be noisy through the night and in the early hours, either by street noise and others staying in the apartment block during our stay. The Electronic check-in process sent did not work. I messaged the hotel 3 times over 2 days (1 day before check-in and 2 the day of check-in) but there was no response. Luckily they did have a reception area and completed the check-in process upon……

“Maison dans un quartier calme, avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Hôte sympathique, accueillant, et disponible. Indications précises, stationnement à moins de 1 minute du logement, même le week-end. Supermarchés à 5 minutes en voiture.”

“We've stayed here before .It's a beautiful place like home from home, but upon arrival we could smell cigarette smoke and it was awful to try and dispel. However we will be booking again for next year. Love it.”

“Exactly what we needed for a 4 night stay. Nice large lounge area, 2 good size bedrooms. Great location with all areas of the city in walking distance.”

“Check-in was easy but we were sent to apartment and couldn’t open the key box. Finally called the and they told us how to do it. The apartment door is difficult to unlock but we finally figured it out. Had trouble turning stove and oven on. No instructions! Finally figured that out and the washer too. Would have been nice if Vanessa could have come with for a few instructions and help. The apartment was clean other than the vent in second bedroom. The housekeepers were good weekly. Bed was……
