「The staff was very friendly. Shoutout to Rosy and David, you guys were great people. The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that. The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. 「The worst part about this hotel? No elevator. It's not a big deal since the hotel is only two levels. However, if you have heavy bags like we did, there is help. The place is very nice, and the breakfast was delicious. My husband really enjoyed their "Cafe de la olla" which is essentially brewed coffee, as we enjoy it here in the states. 「Our stay at Casa Juárez was perfect. The hotel is very nice and clean, the location is good and safe parking is available two blocks from the hotel. I was traveling solo and one day they hired a really nice driver, Carlos, to take me to Cholula and the Talavera factory. Lots of charm, very clean, and delicious breakfast available.
