No Internet in the room. Was told a dismissive "that happens" and suggested I use the internet in the lobby. Internet in my room being a common expected amenity, greatly impacted my experience at the hotel.

I do not recommend
The employees were very friendly and professional The hotel itself was a bit dated I’m glad I brought my own towels because the hand towels were so worn, I couldn’t even dry my hands. Housekeeping did come to the room every day to see if service was needed. The mattress on the pull out couch was nothing but springs. I immediately folded it back in. The couch itself looked suspect and I wouldn’t sit on it. The bedspread AND duvet had blood on them…..how housekeeping didn’t say it on white covers is beyond me. It was always either too hot or too cold in the room & the a/c unit made a constant loud noise. The complimentary breakfast was a cooked breakfast and not continental but it wasn’t very tasty I wouldn’t stay again

NEVER AGAIN
The guy working the desk was RUDE and beyond worthless. Im 90% blind i made him aware of this but he never mentioned the hotel policy on not allowing food delivery to the room. I waited for 2 hours after ordering a pizza to find out it had been sitting at the front desk. I yelled at the pizza restaurant because the guy at the hotel front desk didnt call or tell me about this policy. When i went down to get my pizza he laughed at me for asking why he never told me. The guy said its not his job to call or tell me anything. Then i got charged for parking. IM BLIND. I DONT DRIVE I GOT DROPPED OFF. This hotel is worthless.

Fue una muy mala experiencia, en toda la estancia no tuvimos internet, llamamos varias veces a recepción y su única respuesta fue siga intentando. Se oia todo desde nuestra habitación, y había niños corriendo a la mitad de la noche. Incluso nos tocó musica fuerte a las 2 de la mañana

Este lugar para ser marriot y ser de los mas caros de El Paso me fui decepcionado, parece qje no le dan mantenimiento, al llegar había una playera sucia abandonada en la silla de mi habitacion, los respaldos de la cama en mal estado, las cortinas rayadas, el sillon viejo y manchado, la llave del baño llena de sarro y así podria seguif, me siento robado poe 220 dlls que pagué, este lugar merece 1 estrella, no vuelvo jamás...
