Getting Around:

While Casa Atlas is steps from the beach and close to local restaurants and shops, we recommend renting a car to make the most of your stay. Having a vehicle gives you the flexibility to explore nearby areas like Todos Santos (15 minutes) and Cabo San Lucas (45 minutes) at your own pace.



Taxis and local transportation are available but may be limited in this more relaxed, rural area. If you’d prefer not to drive, our concierge team can help arrange private transportation or guided tours during your stay.



Free garage parking for two vehicles is available at the villa.



Other Things to Note:

The villa is located in a peaceful beachfront community, perfect for relaxation. Please respect quiet hours after 10 PM.

High-speed Starlink internet is available throughout the property, which is ideal for remote work or streaming.

Additional housekeeping services are not included in the nightly rate but can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

Our concierge team is available before and during your stay to assist with transportation, chef services, grocery stocking, and more.

The jacuzzi and pool are private and maintained regularly for your comfort. The pool can be heated for an extra fee of $150 USD per day (only available during winter season)

A 4x4 vehicle is not required, but some roads in the area are unpaved. A standard rental car will work just fine.



In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.



Water Conservation:

Please be aware that CASA ATLAS relies on a cistern system for water supply. Water deliveries are not instant, so we kindly ask you to use water mindfully. Excessive water use may deplete the supply, and refills can take time to schedule. Shorter showers and mindful water usage will ensure a comfortable stay for your entire group.



Road Conditions & Night Lighting:

Cerritos is a growing beachside community with limited paved roads and no public lighting at night. The beachfront location of CASA ATLAS is one of the best in the area with direct beach access, which is truly a highlight of your stay!



This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines
