We had a great stay at Cerritos Beach at this property. It is well managed, spotlessly clean, and well located just a few minutes to the beach. The condo complex was very nice, the other guests were respectful and quiet. The views from our private upstairs condo were breathtaking. And our management liaison, Nicte was so helpful in meeting us and taking care to respond to our questions promptly and thoughtfully. We would definitely book again.

Enjoyed ourselves in 2024, so repeat visit. Once again, enjoyed the property. Very clean, absolutely no bugs, nicely outfitted suite. Good bed, nice linen. Great communication with host, and the roof top deck is a feature that puts it over the top. The new cabinets are a great addition to easily store all your clothes and gear wit lots of room. Already thinking about 2026.

This condo is ideally located just steps from both the beach and the best food in the area. The space itself is great for a couple, and the roof deck is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset and a bottle of wine. The property managers are extremely responsive, helpful, and fast. We returned to Cerritos this year and stayed 2 weeks. We just love this place and hope it somehow stays the quaint little surf town that it is. The amount of construction in front of the condo is a little alarming. We are so glad for the rooftop so we can still see the ocean We love going to all the little restaurants in the area and were excited to see some new additions. The new closet in the condo is wonderful!! We hope Howie and Maggie will rent to us again next year the rooftop

Loved it. Very nice property, really good location, walking distance to surf shop and beach. Highly recommend. Especially enjoyed the roof top patio. About a twenty minute drive into Todos Santos. Very quiet and safe.

The condo was great. It was very clean and very comfortable with lots of kitchen tools, dishes. The pans were great and the knives were sharp! Good thing the kitchen was well equipped because there were very few restaurants open in September but it wouldn’t stop me from visiting again.

This condo was the image of perfection. The living space was so very comfortable as a home base. We cooked in and made use of the blender for cocktails. Everything you need for exploring deserted beaches nearby are provided. We especially loved the equally large outdoor living space for watching waves, people, sunsets, and stars. Will absolutely be returning as soon as possible
