Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor living spaces, gardens, patios, and private parking - excluding the owner's carport storage room, the housekeeper's hall closet, and the upper cabinets in the laundry room.

- The hot tub is available for your enjoyment; however, please use it responsibly, as we are not liable for any accidents or injuries.

- For your safety, exterior security cameras are located at the entrances. These do NOT monitor any social or gathering areas.

- A noise monitoring device is installed to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. It does NOT record conversations.
