"Warmly welcomed by the staff and was treated as part of the hotel's extended family by the managers and even the GM, Hassan. The service and food were of a very good standard. Even though the hotel had 100% occupancy, it was easy to get a table in the buffet and 3 special restaurants. There were many empty sunloungers available around the pools and on the beach. This was my third visit in 15 months and will be returning to celebrate Xmas and NY this year. I can't wait!!"
