“ This hotel was completely misrepresented and not suitable for a family of four at all. The description is simply not true — the room can barely accommodate two people, let alone four. The hot water situation was unacceptable. After one person showers, you must wait 15–20 minutes for the heater to recover. For a family of four, this means nearly two hours just to take showers — completely impractical and poorly designed. Cleanliness was also a serious issue. The bed sheets were not clean and……

I really appreciated that they would not allow us to tip because it made the experience feel more comfortable. Tipping culture in Egypt can be crazy. Our room was very nice and having the two bedrooms was wonderful for our family.”
