“Kareim was very attentive to our needs and the apartment building is new and to high specifications, just as advertised. I had to move here, after spending one night at another location. That was a great disappointment. I would only suggest one thing that the shower unit needs to have a bath mat for when you come out the shower. Or squeegee be provided so one can can mop the water off the floor, as water still gets outside the shower when you are showering even though the door is closed.”

“Zimmer hat alles was man braucht: inklusive Minikühlschrank und Wasserkocher .Tägliche Reinigung und frische Handtücher. Eventuelle Probleme werden sofort behoben. Hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche Personal, die einem die Wünsche schon fast von den Augen ablesen. Auch zu erwähnen der wirklich saubere Pool!! Herzlichen Dank für den so angenehmen Aufenthalt! Werde auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel wieder buchen.”

“Es war der perfekte Urlaub zum erholen, die Unterkunft ist mit voller liebe und bis in's kleinste Detail ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ein traum zum entspannen und zentral genug gelegen um in Ägypten alles zu erkunden. Die Gastgeber Miriam und Volker sind liebe herzliche Menschen, bei allen fragen und Problemen sind sie immer da und helfen weiter. Wir werden hier immer wieder buchen und uns ein Stück wie zuhause fühlen.”

“Titanic palace is fantastic clean place to be treated well, politeness, happy friendly staff. The gardens are immaculate with everyone working so hard. I rate this 9/10. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds and maids accommodating for any needs of service. The reception staff can help you with any issues and recommend places to visit. I hope the Titanic palace opens very soon again when all the virus problems subside. I overall rate the palace. ”

“Spacious, friendly, clean.. but that's it! This is not a beach nor a sea view location. The roof pool in the picture is minimal at best but the roof set up is very comfortable! Street parking is on an unpaved slope, part of a public street. Otherwise, it is a midtown location with basic access to shopping, etc. We spent one transient night but ended up paying for an extra night due to early morning arrival. ”

“Fabulous penthouse /roof top apartment unfortunately on the edge of all amenities need rental car, highly recommend if you are mobile. Good local supermarket. ”

“The property as well, no doubt everything you need is there. The view from the balcony was very impressive and you could watch the lovely sunrises from the bed. holy disappointing part was the distance to the club and beaches. The house was very accommodating and very helpful.”

“整個酒店200間房看來只有5至10間是出租..我門口的走廊的燈是未完成..令整條酒廊都很暗很不安！出租圖中有煮食爐但沒提供..到大堂詢問..整天只是回答你「處理中」..但毫無改善.. 我間房是在盡頭..加上沒燈在走廊..左右房間均沒住客..要求轉房..但他們每次都是回答「我會幫助你轉房」..但我入住了4天！足足4天！根本沒改變！”

“It was a horrible experience actually for me it’s a kind of fraud, as I booked at aldau heights apartments and I carefully checked the location before booking yet when I got there the contact person which he called himself the owner took me and my 6 years old daughter to the another compound and he said this is the phase2 from Aldau !!!!located at very unsafe area with no services or restaurants inside providing that I didn’t bring my car because I know quite well where I’m going will not need a……

“the shower and toilette too small, the room between the toilette and the hand wash so small made it difficult to use the toilette, too many cats in the hallways and the street the property on is bad, I had to hire two taxis to find this property. I had to wait one hour to check in as the room wasn't ready even the agreement to check in time was approved by property. ”

“Logés en appartement dans le complexe hôtelier, grand appartement pour 6 personnes, bien équipé. Accès aux facilités de l'hôtel. Hôtel : grand, bcp de piscines (une seule chauffée l'hiver mais suffit car peu de monde). Un aquapark sympa (seul bémol il faut être en all incl pour y avoir accès gratuitement, ceci dit pas de control l'hiver mais eau hyper froide !). Gros point faible de l'hôtel : la nourriture. Buffet avec beaucoup de choix (chaque soir spécialité d'un pays, mais pas de spécialité……

“Un resort all inclusive, ou on retrouve des prestations haut de gamme. Il y a tout, c’est propre, le personnel est attentif sans être oppressant. Bravo à certains serveurs qui au petit déjeuner sont dynamiques, tout en gardant le sourire face aux clients. Personnel de chambre irréprochable. Le point négatif concerne les options. Si vous voulez une activité comme la plongée le kite surf ou autre… préparez votre carte bancaire. Le tarif est vraiment dissuasif. C’est dommage dans un pays où ces……
