"Room was not ready on arrival; "free drinks" compensation was not honored; mass chaos at arrival due to tour groups checking in (50-100 in total). Restaurant was very good, quiet and professional. Other amenities were noisy and overwhelmed by customers. Poor experience for a frequent Marriott customer!"

"My stay at the hotel was overall okay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful whenever I had questions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, which made things convenient. That said, there are a couple of small improvements that could make the experience better. Having a microwave in the room would be really helpful, especially for guests staying multiple nights or bringing back leftovers. An iron would also be a useful addition for those who need to keep their clothes looking neat during their stay. Overall, it was a decent experience, and with a few added amenities, it could be even more comfortable."
