Loved the location of this hotel!! Easy access off of the highway. A 7-10 minute walk to the metro station, then 30 minute ride to Sol Station which is walkable to most of what you want to see in Madrid. We purchased 10 trips on the Metro for less and 8 Euros, which more than got us through two days of going back and forth into Madrid. Way better and cheaper than trying to drive into Madrid proper and park!! The staff were attentive and were helpful with all of our questions about navigating Madrid. Having safe, underground parking was huge. Would recommend staying here!

Feels too far removed from city to enjoy. Not much to do in surrounding neighborhood. First floor room was very noisy. Showers were dirty, very little toilet paper given, room only turned over every 3 days, trash wasn’t even taken out. No AC so nights got really hot. Nice refrigerator and front desk staff. It’s fine for if you’re on a budget and don’t care about amenities.

Amazing! Staff were so accommodating and helpful and the entire building had so many facilities (some we discovered on the last day and unfortunately had no time to try out)! Will definitely be back and this time, ready for the pool! Also this points for metro being a walkable distance and having lots of food and convenience stores nearby!

Excellent hotel- rooms are really nice and clean. Our room was close to the main reception so we were concerned about noise but couldn’t hear a thing through the walls. The pool and rooftop was the highlight- beautiful views. Area surrounding has a supermarket 5 mins away and some local resultants. Metro easy to walk to around 10 minutes away. Would highly recommend 😊

Very nice, clean, modern facilities. Located 400 yards from a nice shopping center La Gavia. I believe there is a metro station close. But that's pretty much all in the surroundings.

The only disadvantage was that there was not a kettle or safe. The staff at Bext were fantastic - and special thanks to Marina and Jujeng (?). They were both very helpful! Marina went way above and beyond. The rooms were brilliant!

Nice apartment

Close to the highway, the hotel was looking good and new, clean ambient with several service like co-work area and gym. It was just lacking a breakfast area, but there are several bar in the nearby

This property was impeccably clean and very well maintained. They were so meticulous with providing 2 each of dining utensils and plates/cups/bowls. The 24 hour service desk was very nice because our flight arrived at 1am. There is a gym and laundry service that you can use through the appWash app.

Very satisfied from the money I stepped into the reception, beautiful and clean environment. Amazing and supportive staffs. Its more than a hotel with everything you need in your room. 4 minutes walk to Metro station direct to city centre. Foods, groceries store and bar around. I feel very comfortable all my stay. Perfect choice.

I was looking for an apartment for a week's stay. Bext Vallecas by Habyt turned out to be the perfect choice. The apartment is equipped with completely new equipment and a comfortable bed. The temperature of the room and the bathroom can be adjusted individually. Its distance from the metro is approx. 900 meters.

One of the cleanest places I’ve ever been to!

One of the cleanest places that I have been to! The hotel is brand new, very clean and beautiful, modern. I’d definitely go back. The bed is good, the kitchen works fine, there are pans, dishes and silverware. The doors and walls are thick, it isolates the sound. Very good place. The location is also good. Quiet. New neighborhood, I felt safe, walked late at night coming back from the subway (Valdecarros), there are restaurants and bars, people walking, good environment. It’s located in a new neighborhood, I didn’t feel danger at all. And it’s beautiful and way more peaceful than downtown Madrid. My only suggestion is a blackout curtain in the living room (people passing on the street can see the entire room if you’re at the ground floor), a dish drainer and more equipments for the gym (you gotta use your creativity due to the lack of equipments and weights). The rest is perfect!
