「The location is beautiful, the food delicious, BUT: - the road getting there is unpaved and very bumpy for a good 10 yo 15 minutes - the hotel has NO hot water. This is not a temporary malfunction. It simply has cold tap water only - the wifi in our room, (through Starlink) was inop for our entire (4 nights) stay - there are steep inclines and uneven walkways throughout the property, some are slippery from AC condensation, most have no handrails and are badly (or not) lit - there is no closet or...

「The stuff were amazing, my family have 0 complain about the service they were very polite, kind and warm, right in front of the beach, but the rooms are very small and not comfortable, breakdfast was ok, and unfortunately what it made the most impact was the cockroach even in the lobby area when my aunt was doing the check in it was a cockroach walking in her foot. 」

「Edificio de acceso dificil, esta en lo alto de un cerro,todo el tiempo las ventanas estan haciendo ruido con el choque del viento, cada departamento tiene instalado su internet y el de mi habitacion no funcionaba porque no tenia corriente electrica donde estaba instalado, las fotos que aparecen en expedia son muy diferentes, el departamento se ve descuidado y no cuenta con agua caliente, tampoco me parecio el que yo deba pagar por unas pulseras para poder mostrar que soy huesped, hay una cuota...

「Absolutely love how comfortable the bed is. I slept like a baby! The room is high ceiling so it feels very spacious. A/C was super helpful to recover from a hot day outside. Family oriented. 」
