“Beautiful, historic area with colonial history. The town is poor and you will see poverty and disrepair, but you’ll also meet very nice locals. The immense lake in town is rather dirty, but there’s an interesting basalt rock waterfall nearby, too. Nice tourist shopping in the square as well. The hotel is beautifully curated, the amenities and toiletries are very nice, and the a/c is cold enough for this very warm tropical area. This is one of the best hotel properties in the Suchitoto area. I……

“This is a old and dirty place, humidity odor, washroom with mold. No water pressure impossible to take a shower. The worst part, my wife and daughter were attacked by a big dog, owned by the receptionist. The dog broke my wife purse and daughter got a terrible panic and nobody helped them. Terrible experience. Expedia need to report this place. DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL”
