Fantastic stay! The hotel is so charming and quaint. Rooms were very comfortable and considering it is 100% solar powered is amazing. There is a small ranch beside the rooms and views here are breathtaking. Would highly recommend!

habitación limpia y cama cómoda, PERO NOS FUE MAL, no teníamos botellas de agua en el cuarto al llegar, los paneles solares no son suficientes, entonces se te corta la luz a ciertas horas de uso (tuvimos que cambiarnos de cuarto 2 veces en la noche), no hay cafetera en el cuarto y el restaurante abre después de las 9. la comida si estuvo deliciosa y el personal de restaurante y mantenimiento super amable, pero yo no volvería

I want a full refund

I would like yo así for a full refund, we got to the hotel and there was no one at the reception, then we got the room two hours later we had no internet, then the power went out, no aire conditioning, no fan, nothing, had to go to the reception no one was there, then I found the chef, he was kind enough to change our room this was at 10:30pm after that 4 hours more and power was out again this was at 2 am mosquitos everywhere no light no air conditioning, no light…. Calls reception no answer… al 7am wanted to shower, no water…. Called reception again a few times after 30 minutes changed my room… thin one had aire conditioning but no water still I wanted to get a good night sleep and a shower and I couldn’t get any of it May I get a full refund please?

Fue un viaje de amigos. La idea era estar en la piscina, sin embargo al llegar al hotel nos percatamos que estaba sucia, los camastros estaban sucios con polvo y manchas. La comida del restaurante y sus bebidas muy ricas. Y la habitación muy linda, únicamente los productos de baño son muy malos, no de calidad para el precio que se está pagando. En general el punto es el mantenimiento y limpieza en la piscina y los pasillos.

Cosas increibles pero tambien muy malas

El lugar espectacular, el Chef Rodrigo sin duda hace que la comida sea increíble y sus recomendaciones de vinos fueron totalmente acertardas. Eduardo del staff increiblemente atento. El problema es que casi no hay personal, tienen muchísimos problemas operativos, nuestra habitación no se limpio, no hubo manera de encontrar el lugar al incio porque no hay letreros y esta en medio de la nada, nadie contesta los telefonos. Ojala mejoren porque si les hace muchísima falta en atencion al cliente

Excelente vista de la bahía, hotel nuevo, nos tocó estrenar habitación y todo funcionando a la perfección. Hubiéramos agradecido que la alberca estuviera un poco templada. De ahí en fuera una gran experiencia.
