Beautiful house 200 m2 with a big garden 400m2, private pool and sea view, located in Coma-Ruga.
There is a wide, fully new furnished kitchen and newly painted. Large, comfortable living room with TV and fireplace. Two dinning rooms, one double-bed bedroom, two twin-bed bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace, garage and heating. bed sheets included.
The house is decorated fashion-style, and has wide windows to let the sunshine get into each room.
The place is located in a very quiet neighborhood not far away from two big malls (Eroski). 5 minute away by car from a quiet beach with clear water and soft sand, perfect for kids.
It is located in the Costa Dorada, in a natural area next to the Mediterranean Sea. It’s a perfect place to practice a wide range of sports including Golf, Tennis, Wakeboard, Hiking and horse riding.
Highway connected with the principal cities in Catalonia (Tarragona And Barcelona). Railway trains every 30 minutes and 80kms far away from Barcelona airport.
For the winter season there are cultural spots near to visit such as Calafell village and the Romanic city of Tarragona. Calafell is 7 minutes away by car and has a famous Spa-Thalassotherapy center, and Tarragona (30kms ) has a world recognized Romanic ruins.
The climate is soft and sunny the whole season.
The house is available for weekly, monthly or annual rent.

Tolle Lage, nur störende Mücken

Francisco ist ein total zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der sich SOFORT um unsere Belange (Ausfall des Wifi Internets im Haus nach landesweitem Stromausfall) gekümmert hat. Man merkt ihm die deutscheMentalität für Zuverlässigkeit an. Das Haus ist komplett eingezäunt und damit für Hundebesitzer perfekt geeignet. Der Pool ist riesig.Einziges Manko sind die Mücken Mai ganztags vorgefunden haben; mit ausreichend Anti Mückenspray lässt es sich aber gut aushalten

An excellent villa - we loved our stay here and look forward to a return trip. The villa is generous in size with big rooms and all facilities needed for a long holiday. Everything was clean and well maintained. Peaceful and quiet location we slept very well. The gardens are great on all sides of the Villa so there is always a different direction to sunbathe or find shade. Francisco is an excellent host, professional and friendly with fast response times. Easy parking outside on the street or on the driveway. Very nearby are walks in parkland and it’s easy to walk to the train station or Coma-Ruga beach. There is a Lidl supermarket and Fuel station just 1km away. This Villa is a rare find and excellent in every way

Family vacation Nov 2024

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with my family in mid-November 2024. The location was perfect—just an 8-minute drive to the beach, and the little town had everything we needed for our stay. While we visited during the off-season, meaning some restaurants were closed and the pool was too cold to enjoy, we still had a great time. The house itself was very well-equipped, with a handy laundry facility which was perfect for a family. The owner was also fantastic, taking the time to show us around the house and staying in touch throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Besitzer war immer ansprechbar, hat uns auch geholfen als wir ein Knöllchen bekamen. Konnten auch etwas früher das Haus beziehen. Der Pool ist das Beste. Sehr groß und wurde auch ständig gereinigt. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind toll, vor allem wenn man Hunde da bei hat.

Lovely property in a great location. 7 or 8 mins from the beach in a car, 2 mins from Lidl (very handy). Spacious villa and great pool area, ideal for family of 4 and big enough for 6. Francisco couldn’t be better as a manager, was at the property when we arrived to give us a welcome and full tour, and was available throughout for any queries. Also fantastic wi-if, 200mB+. Entspannter Urlaub in schönem Haus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem schönen und gut ausgestatten Haus sehr genossen. Der gepflegte Pool hat uns angesichts des sehr warmen Oktoberwetters zum täglichen Baden angeregt. In der näheren Umgebung haben wir mit unserem Hund täglich schöne Spaziergänge gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit dem netten Vermieter verlief reibungslos; er war jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind nahe bei.

Super vacances

Très belle propriété, belle surface et surtout la piscine qui a été l'endroit le plus utilisé pendant ces 2 semaines. La maison est bien située, quartier résidentiel au calme. Le top est le barbecue gaz, très pratique et mieux avec la chaleur. Aussi toutes les chambres étaient équipées de ventilateurs, ce qui était très appréciable vue la chaleur. Le seul bémol, si je puis dire, c'est le manque de parasol mais tout le reste était a la hauteur de nos attentes. Accès facile au centre ville (en voiture) et la plage. Nous avons visité plusieurs villes proches comme Vilanova, Tarragone et Sitges a moins de 30 minutes en voiture, accès facile avec les autoroutes. Sans oublier Barcelone a 1h de route mais aussi via le train (si vous y allez en voiture, attention de bien détenir la vignette pour la circulation en zone basse émission, demande à faire en ligne). La situation géographique de la maison est donc optimale. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

La piscine est top .... mais dommage qu'elle se trouve à l'arrière de la maison car pour surveiller les enfants on ne peut pas le faire depuis l'espace de vie. Maison vieillissante et quelques travaux à prévoir seraient le bienvenue.Le jardin est mal entretenu car l'herbe est brulée . L'emplacement de la maison est top . Plage à chien (sable) à 20 minutes ( les salines de cubelles).

Fantastic place!

Fantastic place, everyting you need for two adults and two big dogs. Nice size property, Lidl and petrol station around, nice walking paths around, beach 20-25 minutes walking distance however an amazing long beach to allow have your pets in May. Weather was perfect warm but not to hot, dogs enjoyed it, very kind and helpful owner. We will be back! Thank u for everything A&L

Estuvimos una semana alojados en casa de Francisco todo fue estupendo, la casa la piscina y el trato con el . Añadir también que acepta mascotas cosa que no es fácil de encontrar. El año que viene si las fechas están disponibles, repetiremos!

Belle piscine.chambres spacieuses.il manque de la vaisselle pour une famille de 5 personnes (bols en particulier) 2 transats, les parois des douches en toile non adaptées. Garage et pièce fraîche très fonctionnelles. Pas de climatisation. Des travaux de rénovation à côté de la propriété...mais pas prévisibles.Le propriétaire est très sympathique.villa au calme.
