This place had all the little amenities we didnt know we needed until we needed them. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Patty was a wonderful host to our family while we stayed in her basement for 6 weeks to help our daughter move. Patty was super helpful with neighborhoods and giving us her take on Denver living. It was much appreciated. The basement itself was cozy and comfortable with everything you might need. The location was close to hospital which we were looking for. We highly recommend! 」
