“This place in the mountains was beyond perfect, it very much exceeded my expectations. Views were gorgeous, it was clean, comfortable beds, spacious, quiet, never ending hot water, and Matt was very responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. I honestly don’t have one negative thing to say. We enjoyed every minute of our trip.”

Our host was truly amazing immediate responses to any questions we had and gave us all the space you would want from a host. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay. “Nice basement apartment. The View. The view ! The View! From inside and on the deck. Amazing! Great hosts. !!! Loved it !”

“When we first got there, Randy immediately greeted us. When we were exploring the property we found so many cool little trinkets and art, such as a hammock, a hot tub, a small nook, free beer, and so much more. The rooms were spotless when we got there, deep cleaned and everything. The living room was gorgeous, lots of windows, fresh air, comfy furniture, beautiful open space, every morning and throughout the day we were greeted by hummingbirds, (rufous and black-tailed), if you just sit outside……

“Great hosts, quick to respond. Nice area, great backyard.”

“Beautiful, clean and spacious home with the best host! I really appreciate their communication before, during and after our stay, and their recommendations on things to do around the area. Will be booking with them again on our next trip to Denver!”
