Fall Is In The Air- Launch Pad

  • Welcome to my home! A perfect west side of Denver location to enjoy everything else Colorado has to offer! The walk-out basement is ridiculous (host lives upstairs). With a separate lock-off entrance through the backdoor, this expansive basement has one huge bedroom with a king bed, 2 closets, full stereo with turntable, large full bathroom, dining area, wet bar, mini-fridge, fireplace, 65 inch smart TV, free wifi, coffee maker, and a leather couch with a super comfortable memory foam queen pull out hide a bed. Walk out to the pool area (heated pool & hot tub are both closed for the winter), 10 foot deep end, with attached hot tub, diving board, where you will find covered outdoor furniture & dining tables, BBQ gas grill, gas fireplace, lounge chairs, surrounded by large trees for privacy (apple, peach, cherry, spruce). Close to amenities (lake, hiking, restaurants, grocery, watering holes). Have fun!!

    Host lives upstairs and is available by phone. There is no shared space on the inside of the home. Only the backyard pool area is a shared space with single owner. No unauthorized guests or parties allowed, unless approved by host before booking.

Joe was super friendly and helpful. He's the only host I've ever met in person. Though he was available, he also gave us privacy. The place is cool and eclectic. Close to Red Rocks. The pool was super clean and nice to be around, too. We also enjoyed bunnies and baby birds. Joe's recommendations were also good. Would definitely stay again!!!

Pool Time!

A clean, cool property with a pool right at the door. The pool was heated, the spa worked great. Host made sure we had everything we needed and all was working properly

Joe was great! Very cool to know he’s a fellow Panic (and other great music) lover. The pool and hot tub felt amazing. Definitely a great place to stay before a Widespread Panic show at Red Rocks!
