I contacted customer support to request a refund but was told it could not be approved without photo documentation. Given the situation, my priority was leaving the property promptly rather than taking pictures. I found this experience very disappointing and expected better cleanliness standards.”

“This unit is NOT PET FRIENDLY. Rat poison was found inside. The back yard is littered with trash and small bones. It is not very clean. This unit has a rat problem. The kitchen has a small pantry and it has a strong odor of rat urine. I found rat feces next to the stove. It is not very clean either. Under the bed trash, debris and used q-tips. I found a pill on the floor in the primary room. One of the comforters was unclean. While in this unit there was a storm, the ceiling leaks water onto……
