"Staff was excellent. Hostess went out of way to call us the day before arrival to inform us of a broken elevator. We had a lot of HEAVY luggage and she endured us that our room would be on the ground floor and it WAS. VERY SATISFIED. We are Choice hotel platinum members but are now considering switching to Holiday Inn hotels for our future stays. "

When I got there, tired after been driving for several hours and expecting to get a clean room to sleep in… NOBODY respond the bell, neither the phone hanging in one window outside of the building to ask for help with the check in process. O wait there for over 40 minutes before called Expedía to ask them for help."
