“Came in town for USC football game. Kitchen was well suited to prepare our tailgate. A basket of snacks and waters were on the kitchen table, which was a nice surprise upon arrival. The property manager was extremely attentive. Alerted of no hot water and issue was corrected within an hour. Portable AC units in living room and bedroom worked great, as it was very hot and humid. There is no central AC. Great stand-up shower…toilet area was tight. I’d stay here again!”

One note (which is clear from the listing but you may not notice) is that the kitchen is small, no dishwasher, just 4 plates, etc. This was fine for us because we ate out for everything but breakfast, but just don't expect to cook a bunch of meals. Would definitely recommend for someone who plans to eat out or get take out for meals. ”

The address in our email for directions was to a different location but I contacted the host and received the correct address which was also in the email as driving directions. “This property exceeded my expectations. Check in was seamless and smooth. Communication was top tier. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. It was well designed, clean and very close to mostly everything. I only stayed in town for one night, but this property had me wanting to stay longer. The sunroom, attached to the bedroom was absolutely beautiful and the outside deck was pleasant, and weather was nice to sit outside for a few.”
