“Maybe because I am tech-disadvantaged or because I was already stressed, I had issues checking in, but once I got a live person on the phone, she walked me through it and was the most kind and patient person at a moment that I needed that in my life. I was in town to visit my dying father in Hospice and my mother in ICU. The one good thing was the lady on the other line not making me feel stupid, nor was she rude at anytime. It may have been a small thing to her, but it was a huge thing to me.……

“The parking is reachable from the main apartment. The location can’t be beat, and all the amenities are top notch. However, you’ve got a bit of a slog if you have too much luggage.”

“Property was clean and located in a convenient area. Very modern. Unit was clean. My only complaints: 1) No tv in the master bedroom. 2) Master bedroom shower didn’t have a caddy to put your body wash.”

“Definitely has great beach view. Updated? Has a fresh coat of paint in the living room and flooring. No new fixtures and the bases the beds are on are too small. Mattress and box springs slide around on it. Furniture all needs replaced or screws tightened up with a good cleaning. Sent texts and emails repeatedly asking for current bands to the pools. Stopped by security due to the color of our wristbands. Was told without the correct ones we couldn’t use the pools. All responses from the rental……
