“The staff was very accommodating to my questions before and during my stay. Had trouble understanding how to enter the property and parking was a bit tedious at first cuz I had never done a carousel before. But Kimberly stayed with me throughout the whole process and explained it very well. The Iris does accommodate one pet for a fee. The area around the property is an issue because there is no grass except for tiny bits between the sidewalk and the road. At the time of my stay there was heavy……

“The unit is now part of a hotel managed by Hilton Resorts. This happened one week before our arrival. The front desk, concierge, and valet were incrediably professional and accommodating. The host actually called us directly on our first day there to ask if everything was ok - a nice approach. The unit is ideally located in the French Quarter - walking distance to the attractions, wonderful restaurants, and even a full size grocery store. We loved our stay.”
