"This place is way too small for a family of 5 unless the kids are little. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is. The house will sleep six, but there is only seating for 4 on the porch, at the dining table and only 2 in the living room. Luxury bedding at stated in the VRBO description....not really. The fishing pier....under construction, that should be updated on the VRBO website also. Looks like it has been underway for a long time and doesn't look close to being finished. The road...

"We loved the property. It is small. But for a family of 4 the boys had ample room in the spare bedroom. Parking is good and there is plenty of room on the deck. Communication was amazing with the property management. They were very quick to reply to all my messages and gave accurate information back. The check in process is super easy. The apartment is smaller but perfect for our needs. The location is less than a 100 yard walk from the public beach access. Which is a great spot. Good beach...

"The property is located on Center Street. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Unfortunately it could get quite loud in the evening hours and there was construction going on next door so every morning at 7AM you could hear the very loud noise. That's not the property's fault of course. We bought ear plugs and were able to block out the noise a bit. The apartment was small but it had all amenities you would need for a short beach stay."

"Very clean. Each bedroom has a king bed. Unit has everything - we just walked in with suitcases. Short walk to the restaurant/bar area of Folly Beach and an even shorter walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay again only longer next time."

"Fabulous location! Fenced in yard for the pup is ideal. All of the amenities needed in the kitchen (updated/usable grill would be nice) and the bed is very comfortable. The swing on the upper deck is perfect for bird/dolphin watching with coffee and/or afternoon wine. Diane is super sweet. Can't wait to return soon."

The property had character and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach easy for our 4 & 5 year olds.
