「The unit stunk of rotting garbage and had flies. I called the host but wasn’t able to have anyone take care of the problem. They offered to change the unit at 1am in the morning. The property obviously doesn’t have a property manager so they don’t even know what condition the property is in.」

The office does not open until 9:00 AM, so I had to wait, assuming I needed to formally check out at all. I forgot to ask, but I was given credit for a deposit required immediately when I did, so that was good.
