Dried yellow running water marks on the bedroom walls, peeling ceiling with what looked like mold in the top corner of the kitchen and lots of loose bathroom tiles with a hole in the floor. “This place is right in the heart of Greenville! Turn left and it’s a short walk to Augusta St Gather GVL and Unity/Mayberry Park. Turn right and a short walk you’re at Liberty Bridge/Reedy Park Falls and Main Street. 30mins walk up Main and you’re at Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Kasa is non contactless apartments (no person in lobby) but contacting them through their portal was always met with quick replies to any questions. The apartment was spacious & clean. Was very thankful to have laundry……

“We were hoping to finally get a break from hotels and stay at a 2 bed 2 bath and get a kitchen. We booked a month in advance and 5 days before they sent a email saying we were all set. On the day of check in we haven’t actually gotten the check in information yet so we call and nobody picks up. Vrbo wasn’t able to reach the host either. We quickly had to book hotel outside of city because all good hotels were unavailable at that point. We ended up staying at mediocre place out of town and paying……

“This property is in a terrific location, close to many activities, restaurants, park and trail. Because you are in the heart of the city and crowds of people, there will be noise. The property has a sound machine in the bedroom and that works very well to block out the street noise. Our only disappointment was the inability to access cable tv, (I think the cable box was faulty) we really wanted to watch the NCAA basketball tourney. ”
