My stay at this hotel was horrible. I was with my 2 kids and we were put in a room with blood stains on pillows, the bathtub, only 1 outlet worked, they didn’t have any cups available, they gave us 1 towel that was all ripped up and the hallways smelled like marijuana. The staff was not helpful at all and I really would like my money back from this. I’ve stayed at many hotels and motels and this one is by far the worst experience ever.

It was run down, dirty, and in complete disrepair. I have very realistic expectations for budget price hotels but I couldn’t even bring myself to take my shoes off or sit on the bed. We didn’t even stay the night that we pre-paid.

This property was extremely dirty. The bathroom was unsanitary, and the bed linens did not appear to be clean. We only stayed because we had to fly into Chicago at the last minute, and nearly every other hotel was sold out. Otherwise, we would have left immediately. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this property.

Staff barely does its job, the rooms are soooo old, smelly and the bathrooms are filled with roaches. We had to turn around and go to another hotel. It was really that awful that the manager tried to show us some other alternatives but it was no better!
