“Do not rent this unit. The pictures of the inside of the unit are mostly accurate, though there is no closet or drawer space. The unit wasn't cleaned very well with dirty counters, an unclean refrigerator, stained towels, and no body wash. The big issue is that the outside images are wildly deceptive and nothing pictured is anywhere near the apartment building. The MetLife Center is 5 mi away and New York City is a 40 minute train ride. This apartment is in a bad, unsafe neighborhood with……

“We had trouble trying to adjust the water temperature in the showers, cause it goes only hot or cold, nothing in between. Few dirty towels and the washer/dryer it's not great...other than that it was a good place to stay at, overall a great experience. ”

“The property was extremely clean. The rooms were smaller than what we thought they would be from the pictures…but they were extremely clean. We didn’t realize this was a basement apartment…but it was extremely clean. We had an event in Jersey City and this property was very convenient. Our group of three composed of two different families and the two bedroom was just what was needed. Off street parking gave us one less thing to worry about. There is a mall in close proximity to the property……

“Garage code didn't work. Bathroom door knob missing, bathroom cabinet pull missing, one kitchen receptacle didn't work. Bathroom floors not grouted”

“This place had great size rooms and comfy beds. The place looked just like the picture and was a nice place for my stay. We did cook dinner and had problems with the oven staying on and the fridge but other that that it was a good stay. ”

There was no door on one of the rooms, the beds were very flimsy with stains all over the mattresses, the floors and walls were completely covered in dust & dirt, so many broken things in the bathrooms and around the house, many holes in the walls. It was just a terrible experience altogether. 0/10!! On top of this, he made a sign a super super specific contract, prior to our stay, so we could not receive any compensation back.”

“Great location. It was in the back of the building, which insulated us from street noise. The only thing I would change is if there were a way to have a small table and two chairs to eat on. It was difficult to eat meals in the apartment because there was no dining surface. Overall, it was an exceptionally nice apartment. If you don’t plan to have meals in the apartment, it’s absolutely perfect. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.”
