"We always appreciate coming in late from flights at nearby Denver International Airport & knowing we can still get a nice meal & drinks at the restaurant that serves until 10 pm. Very kind servers! The rooms are large & gorgeous & the bathroom luxurious. Especially given the affordable room rates. This trip the grounds were not as nice as usual. The indoor "river" was not working, & there was construction in various areas. Still, this is a good stay near the airport with the kindest shuttle driver you'll ever find!"

"We have been staying at the property for the last 7 yrs and it is starting to show its age. The property and rooms are clean. But the rooms are starting to have issues that need addressed. The window blinds do not work. To raise the blinds you do so manually then insert the end into a slot in the window to keep them in place. The mattresses are starting to not be as comfortable as the one were. The bar area is nice but once was well stocked with an assortment of libations and draft beers. Now the selection is greatly reduced and no more beers on tap. The bar tender who has been there for several years is very nice and efficient."

"Great breakfast & very helpful staff. Cheap parking fee $3 a day. Room was clean but musky or a dog was in the room. However, room was sprayed with cinnamon oil spray both days . When we arrived they changed our room from 3rd floor to the 1st floor since I had oxygen supplies. We had a no cancel from Expedia for 3 days. Hotel couldn't refund 1 day. Hotel said to call Expedia and Expedia called the hotel. Hotel approved the refund so Expedia did. Mind you they all could have said NO but they didn't. Keep in mind my spouse fell at the pool, end up in ER. We were told surgery can't be done for a few days. We left for home. WE WILL RETURN TO THIS EXACT HOTEL WHEN WE GO BACK. Not far from main part of city, right at boarder of Denver and start of Aurora. No homeless walking. Much safer than futher west on Colfax. Felt safe."
