“NOT A HOTEL - Fraud!!!! The pictures do not even match. He has fake pictures of a hotel fountain, lobby, airport views, restaurant, neon signs, train station, stocked fridge, gourmet food— none of this exists, it is a residential house in an uncomfortable neighborhood. The guy didn’t answer his phone for my 3pm checkin so I went elsewhere, then he ignored Expedia and declined a refund. I’m reporting him to the state bureau of investigations for fraud.”

“I got a room here just to get something close to a nearby festival. Had no idea what I was getting myself into, this place was such a treat. Staff was great, breakfast was great, beds were comfy, I can't say enough about how good our experience was.”

“Every now and then you find a rental at the intersection of charming and perfect. This was one of those situations. I've travelled a lot and this was a unique property. Plenty of useful cookware and supplies, a well-appointed bathroom, and delightful bonus movie room. This was also the first time that I've ever seen chilled beer mugs in a freezer ready to go. I enjoyed perusing the DVD and book collection, but you can also log in to a streaming service. All my needs were met and the……

“Shari’s property was so lovely. Off the bat, communication with Shari was excellent. She even accommodated our early check in request. The Grandview Mesa was spotless, well stocked with pillows/blankets, coffee, water, bathroom products and much more. The view- so stunning. Parking a breeze. And so close to all of the wonderful Manitou Spring offerings. Whether you want a place to just rest your head, or to cozy up for a few days, Grandview Mesa is the spot. And my god was that bed comfortable. ”

“Cindy and Daniel are amazing hosts. The place was spotless. They provided many thoughtful items to make the stay extra special. Bathrobes and slippers. A well stocked kitchen with more than the basics: flour, sugar, multiple spices. Daniel is very knowledgeable about his bees and it was enjoyable learning from him.The place is walkable to several eating establishments. But it is located in a quiet neighborhood. And it has a very peaceful patio retreat for some downtime. We will definitely book……
