"Jazmine was amazing! She took care of me with the upmost respect she was polite, kind, friendly and respectful. She really showed me amazing hospitality- unlike any other I received. This hotel has everything even yoga. I was accommodated with a crib for my baby. She truly went above and beyond especially allowing early check in. I felt truly honored to be there because of the special treatment. I will def return. This manager Jazmine was the best and highlight of my trip . Super cool. "

"It was exactly what I needed as a solo traveller. The bathrooms and showers were always kept clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. In an excellent location as well and easy to get to SoHo, the west village, the east village, Little Italy and China Town . "

"We loved our stay at this hotel, it’s wonderful! The rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully designed. We stayed in the double room suite that had two bedrooms (one king bed, one queen) separated by a hallway with a bathroom. The atmosphere at the hotel was fabulous, it’s a hotel where you’re just as happy staying in as venturing out. The service was also excellent. The hotel is also in a great location. It’s very close to Russ and Daughters and the Tenement Museum which were both on our list. Also walking distance to SoHo. All around, a fantastic stay and we can’t wait to stay there again in the future. "
