While the sleeping quarters are definitely compact, they are very clean and cozy. The toilets and showers were always clean and in working order, and they offered ample privacy.

It was loud, and a little too warm. The sinks are motion activated so it’s hard to wash your face or brush your teeth. There was supposed to be an “upgraded amenity bag” for the premium rooms. I was charged for keeping the shower bag that I thought was the amenity bag. Apparently you have to ask for the premium bag at check in, so I’m still not sure what it was.(Weird to have to tell the hotel what kind of room you booked.) The bedding was good and its cute overall. Great location. For the price it’s fine but a sound machine can’t drown out the sound coming from other rooms in (especially not phone calls) and you hear it every time someone moves or even breathes loudly. The guy in the adjacent room doused himself in cologne before going out around 10pm so that was unpleasant. It was an interesting experience but I don’t think I’d do it again because it was hard to sleep and b/c of the sinks. No top sheet.

I knew not to expect much from this concept, but even so I was very disappointed. The cabins are along a depressing hallway, up a steep flight of stairs with no elevator. I have limited mobility and requested assistance by text message, but the desk attendant never responded at all. I wouldn’t stay here again- not worth $200, which I would rather put toward an actual hotel room.

Amazing for solo traveling! They even have lockers available when you check out! I had 4 hours before my flight and wanted to do some more sightseeing and lockers were only $10 for those 4 hours! Will definitely come back!

This place is a fantastic find! CLEAN, safe, affordable, amazing location, and the loveliest staff! I would definitely stay again. HOWEVER, this is not a place for light sleepers. Don't get me wrong, it was quiet - everyone is so respectful of each other - but you will hear every door being opened and closed at all hours, every jacket or boot zipper being pulled up or down, every time someone clears their throat. All normal human sounds that you would not notice if they were coming from another room but as you sleep in a 4 walled cabin without ceilings, you are essentially all in the SAME room. Also, if you are a light sleeper, be sure to ask for a room at the "back" away from the noisy main road and high traffic starwell.

I wasn’t feeling well before arriving and had already let the hotel know about it. When I got there, my condition got worse, and after being in the room for less than 20 minutes, I decided to leave to get medical attention. Since I had booked through Expedia but paid directly at the property, I reached out to Expedia to explain the situation. They confirmed that no charge was made on their end and that I needed to contact the hotel. While I was doing that, a staff member — who seemed to be the manager — told me it was okay if I didn’t want the room. I left trusting that the hotel would issue the refund as she had said. Unfortunately, they stopped responding to my messages afterward, even though they had replied quickly before my stay. If they say it’s okay to leave, they should be responsible and honor their word. Regarding the place, it isn’t quite at all. It isn’t sound proof. The doors were constantly shutting, and you could hear people speaking like if they were in the “room” with you. It didn’t feel like a space where I could rest or recover.

Excellently comfortable small room. I didn't realize the ceiling would be open like an office cubicle farm, but it was quiet and ear plugs were provided. Honestly, I've stayed in noisier standard hotels. Great shower,.good toilets, handy free bathrobe for going to and from the cabin and toilet/shower. And affordable for NY prices. Did not expect, but did appreciate, the free bagel and cream cheese for breakfast. Also, front desk staff gave a delightful coffee shop recommendation. Good solo traveler experience.
