There are several cabins and tree houses on the property but each has more than enough privacy from the next. We came with our two young daughters and they had a blast. 「We had a wonderful stay at this charming house in a lovely small river town! It was the perfect spot for “home base” for our family reunion held in Karbers Ridge — plenty of space, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed exploring the area, walking to grab an ice cream, look at the river and a short drive away for delicious meals at Strickland Seafood in Paducah, and a lunch at Patti’s 1880’s, and we also had some fun at Harrah’s in Metropolis. This home made a perfect base for making family...

「Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect!! The house and grounds are even prettier in person! Eric and Jacqueline were amazing hosts and went out of their way to make our stay perfect! We will definitely be back!! 」

Don’t be fooled by the charming vintage exterior because the amenities are all in excellent condition. The mattresses are among the most comfortable I have ever slept on. 「Very clean, decorated perfectly to be relaxing. The house had everything you needed for a perfect weekend getaway. I loved all the small touches to make us feel at home like extra blankets to curl up on the couch at night. Coffee bar was wonderfully stocked and couldn’t have asked for a better stay!」
