“Everything was spotlessly clean, and every staff member we had contact with was friendly, consderate, informative, and helpfull. I was disappointed that there wasn't a spa, and we didn’t use the pool or hot tub. A floor plan that showed where the pool was would have been helpfulbut the staff was helpful in giving directions”

“The hotel is a great location for the west end area. Very close to west Ed and other attractions. Good parking at the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were updated and very clean, bathrooms are large and showers are nice. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was nice and quiet. We’re able to enjoy the pool and small game room. Breakfast was good and options for everyone. Good hotel for a family. ”

“Great smaller hotel, close to shopping, restaurants, the mall. Room very clean, and comfortable. Was a bit warm for me when I first arrived, was able to quickly cool it off. Front desk staff excellent, helpful and friendly. Great value for them money. ”
