「Owner had confusion over included breakfast although it clearly shows it on my booking receipt. He did honour it in the end, but i shouldn't have to 'discuss' it at check in like he is doing me a favour when i've already paid for it. Room was spacious. Parking ok. Bar & restaurant looked very nice although not used in the evening. Shame about the breakfast issue, spoiled what could have been a great experience」

「We had a great one night stay. The room was clean, very modern and with high quality finish. Our daughter loved the high sleeper bed which was very safe. Convenient location for Brimham Rocks and Fountains Abbey. Plenty of parking onsite. We had a great dinner in the pub and our breakfast was delicious too. Friendly staff, would definitely stay again. 」

Shower tray found slippery which made it awkward stepping into out of shower. Non slip mat would help. Large professional taken photos of area on wall in dining room for sale. Tempted. Many good pubs etc in easy driving distance with one top of driveway next to guest house. Overall highly recommended and without hesitation would...

「Following three failed attempts to check in on arrival due to an unmanned desk, the rest of the stay was excellent, mostly down to the wonderful Sunny whom ensured our stay was comfortable and with plenty of supplies due to the weather conditions. The only downside was a faulty light in our room which constantly flashed on and off during the night which disturbed our sleep a little. We reported it twice, hoping for repair or a change of room but it was a weekend so no maintenance was available...
