「Was fine for the money--cant blame hotel for a slight amount of noise from same two guys but it dont go late into night--rooms were nice--roomy,clean---shower warm,not hot. They need to move garbage dumpsters--if youre there on wrong morning the garbage guys are making noise at 6 am---i didnt chekc out much of hotel--was long trip and vegged out in room--seems to be a lot to choose from for eats etc in the area---」

「Backyard is amazing on the water. Kitchen is small and not suited for any cooking/hosting. AC struggles in the master bedroom. It’s a great place to hang with family. But it’s very basic/dated. Need to bring shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.」

「So so much room for my family! There was so much to do. The house was clean! We kayaked, played games, swimming for days! We caught so many different fish in the river! We only left the house twice to go to the beach because there was so much to do at this place! I will definitely return. It’s so quiet and a very peaceful neighborhood. My kids never got bored, there’s ALWAYS something to do.」

「My friends and I live locally in St. Petersburg. We rented the River House to enjoy some time away from work, but still close to home. We rented a boat which worked out great because there is a brand new dock/pier that is not shown in the pictures. And the boat ramp is only a few blocks from the house. We had a great time, the house is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed (laundry supplies, towels, etc.) and the owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with.」
