This spectacular home has it all! Your view to the ski slopes & more! Only a 50 minute easy drive to downtown Buffalo! Spectacular views of Holiday Valley/HoliMont ski slopes, a short walk to village where the excitement starts. Excellent floor plan. 4 spacious bedrooms, includes master suite (slope views) w/ walk in shower. 2 add'l bedrooms/bath on main floor. Floor to ceiling windows in great room to capture 4 seasons of breathtaking views & natural light. Stone surround gas fireplace & open floor plan to the well-designed kitchen w/ updated stainless appliances, eat at island + a formal dining room. Wonderful spot!

The house was just as described and very spacious, clean, well-stocked with anything we could need, and the couches, chairs and beds were all very comfortable with brand new mattresses! I've stayed at a lot of homes and this was one of the best. The views were great and it was a very easily accessible location. Communication was thoughtful, quick and easy. My family and I met up here as a halfway point between NJ any Michigan and were happily surprised by what a wonderful and adorable town Ellicottville was! As a former Manhattanite, I was very impressed with the quality of shops, cocktails and restaurants! Highly recommend all!
