Relaxed & beautiful outdoor space, hot tub, grill, covered deck, seating areas, & backyard. Enjoy outdoors, Holiday Valley golf and ski resort, shopping, dining, and lively nightlife of the village.

This listing includes entire Main Level of ranch home which includes 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, full kitchen, dining area, and living room.
Also included in listing are common spaces shared with lower level tenants if both listings are occupied. These include the game room, patio, fire pit, and laundry.
Private backyard with koi pond, patio, fire pit, and hot tub areas for all guests to enjoy. Chairs and yard games, ski racks provided as well.
Parking:
Wide private driveway for parking. Driveway accommodates 3 vehicles wide and 2 deep. Please park accordingly and leave at least one lane free for guests in lower level/basement apartment.
No street parking, carpool if necessary or park extra vehicles in free public lots in village.
